Pooja Kandare was born on June 10, 1994 in Ramnagar, Madhya Pradesh, India to Dinesh kandare & Seema Kandare. She has a brother Ajay Kandare and sister Shobha Kandare. Born and brought up in Ramnagar, She finished her schooling from Govt girls higher secondary school. For higher studies, She shifted to Bhopal and did her B. Pharma from Vivekanand institute of pharmacy college in Sikandarabad. 

In these days, her interest in acting was awakened and she joined theater after that. She is an Indian actor and fashion model. after auditioning a long, she got a minute role in "Savdhaan India: Crime Alert" in 2017. She started out her career with a short film UnBlock in leading role.
